Where will I get the reminders?

On WhatsApp, on the mobile number you sign in with.

What do I need to start?

Only your mobile number and your machine model. Add dates and papers whenever you like.

How is the service date worked out?

From your hour meter and the service interval, usually every 500 hours or 6 months. Always check your service book too.

Are my papers safe?

Only you and the DesiMachines team can open them. Your Aadhaar number is stored encrypted.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, any time. It is removed from your account, and a copy stays with DesiMachines for its records.
