    Genuine parts through the authorised dealer of your brand

    Every request for an excavator part goes to an authorised dealer of that machine's brand, or to the brand's own office where it sells direct. Tap a brand to see its machines and dealers.

    Dealer numbers are the authorised dealers in our directory for each brand. What each brand offers for parts is taken from its own Indian website, checked October 2026. We pass your request to the dealer nearest your district.

    Parts we take requests for

    Pick the group your part belongs to when you fill the form. If you do not know the name, a photo of the old part is enough.

    How to ask for the right part the first time

    1. Your excavator’s model and year. Both are on the machine’s plate.
    2. The serial number from the same plate. The dealer looks up the exact part with it.
    3. A photo of the old part, and the part number if one is stamped on it.
    4. How many you need, and your district.

    Service kits by hour mark

    Most parts requests are routine: filters and oil at the next service. These are the usual points on the hour meter.

    Every dayLevels of engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil; leaks; water drained from the fuel filter; grease points; tyres.
    250 hoursEngine oil and engine oil filter. Air and fuel filters checked, all grease points done.
    500 hoursThe 250-hour work plus fuel filters, the hydraulic return filter and a new air filter element.
    1,000 hoursAxle and transmission oils on a wheeled machine like a backhoe loader; hydraulic oil tested.
    2,000 hoursHydraulic oil and suction strainer, coolant change, valve clearance.

    Where can I get genuine excavator spare parts?

    From an authorised dealer of your excavator's brand. Tell us your model and district here and we pass the request to the nearest one. The same works for Tata Hitachi, JCB, SANY, Volvo, Hyundai, Komatsu, Kobelco, Cat and the other excavator brands we list.

    Does Desi Machines sell excavator parts?

    No. We pass your request to the authorised dealer of your machine's brand near you, and the dealer quotes and supplies the part. The service is free for buyers.

    What details do I need to give?

    Your excavator's model and year, and if you can, the serial number from the machine's plate and a photo of the old part. Those let the dealer find the exact part the first time.

    Can I ask for a service kit?

    Yes. Tell us your model and the hour meter reading, and ask for the 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000-hour kit. The dealer packs the filters and oil your machine's manual lists.

    Who will contact me after I ask?

    The authorised dealer of your machine's brand nearest you, or the brand's own office where it sells direct. We tell you on WhatsApp who has your request.
