The heavy duty, Turbo charged Kirloskar 4R1040T engine develops a gross power of 105 HP @ 2,200 rpm and offers low operating cost, low fuel consumption and extended scheduled maintenance interval of 500 hours.

One touch deceleration lowers the engine RPM when selected and saves fuel by regulating engine RPM. Auto Idle function moderates engine RPM to idle state when machine remains idle for 4 sec, which reduces fuel consumption and operation cost.

Regeneration hydraulics feature helps to recirculate hydraulic energy from return line to pump supply line for smooth and fast arm operation. It prevents cavitation and enhances machine performance. The auto-piloted swing priority increases hydraulic oil flow to swing circuit in combined operation, which leads to faster swing cycle for more productivity & profitability.

Exclusive breaker mode provided in the new age control unit provides optimum engine & hydraulic power, thus improving efficiency. Eco mode helps in reducing the fuel consumption for light duty applications

Variable Displacement Axial Piston pump with electro hydraulic control function provides a wide range of flow at various workloads, thus ensures best productivity. The prompt synchronization of joystick and hydraulic components with open center MCV, increases speed and smoothness of operations.

The Advanced ‘Computer Aided Power Optimization’ system tunes engine and pump power to optimum level & provides multiple modes for various workloads, balancing performance & fuel efficiency. Bucket control link is casted in one-piece design. The bucket linkages are reinforced to ensure high durability and high digging forces. It adds great strength to the component and helps to carry heavy loads without failure.

Heavy Duty box- section frame is welded using low- stress and high-strength steel. The X- leg type center frame is integrally welded for maximum strength and durability.

Auto Engine Overheat Prevention feature monitors coolant temperature and automatically lowers engine speed if it overheats, preventing its premature failure. Another feature of auto engine warming up, helps maintaining minimum temperature in extreme cold weather locations.

Anti-slip pads provides a great floor grip to the operator and prevent skidding while working on the machine. Handrails provide additional support and safety to the operator while entering or exiting the cabin.

Anti-restart feature safeguards the engine starter from restarting, if the operator accidently turns on the start key during engine operation. Master switch disconnects battery power from complete machine electrical system, enhancing machine safety.

Tank cover keeps the hydraulic & fuel tank safe from getting hit by any external object. Breather guard protects hydraulic tank breather. Belly guard protects the lower X-frame & its internal components while travelling.
