  • Reminder dates are worked out from the details you give. Always follow the EMI schedule from your lender, your insurance policy and the service book of your machine.
  • DesiMachines is not a lender, insurer or service centre. My Machine does not sell loans or insurance.
  • A reminder can be late or may not reach you, for example when your phone is off or the number is wrong. Penalties, a lapsed policy or warranty issues stay your responsibility.
  • Keep your original papers safe. What you upload here is a copy for your use.
  • When you delete a paper, a machine or your account, it is removed from your account and reminders stop. DesiMachines keeps a copy for its records.

Common questions

Is My Machine free?

Yes. Adding machines, getting reminders and keeping papers are all free.

What do I have to fill in?

Only your mobile number, your name and the machine model. Add dates and papers whenever you can. Each reminder starts as soon as its date is added.

How is the next service date worked out?

From the hour meter reading at your last service, the service interval in your service book (most machines: every 500 hours) and how many hours the machine runs in a day. If the time limit comes first, such as 6 months, the reminder goes by date.

Is my Aadhaar number safe?

Your Aadhaar number is stored encrypted and shown only as the last 4 digits. Your papers can be opened only by you and the DesiMachines team.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete any paper, any machine or your whole account. It is removed from your account and reminders stop. DesiMachines keeps a copy for its records.

Does DesiMachines sell loans or insurance here?

No. My Machine only reminds you and keeps your papers. Pay EMIs to your lender and renew insurance with your insurer or agent.
