CASE Construction Equipment has moved into bigger premises in Faridabad, and the figure an NCR machine owner should notice is not the 6,000 sq ft. It is the parts store, which the company says is double the size of its previous setup, plus a workshop that takes 10 to 12 machines at once. The opening lands in the same week the region’s construction curbs begin, which gives CASE owners a reason to use it straight away.
What was announced
- CASE Construction Equipment, a CNH brand, announced new premises in Faridabad, Haryana, on 4 November 2026, spread over 6,000 sq ft (company-stated).
- Parts storage is double the previous setup, the workshop holds 10 to 12 machines, and a display area shows four CASE models the company did not name.
- About 40 customers attended the opening, which saw two machine handovers and three parts invoices.
- CASE opened its first company-owned, company-operated showroom in India in Faridabad in 2018.
What CASE opened in Faridabad
Autocar Professional, ET Manufacturing, EPC World and Motoring Trends carried the announcement on 4 November, all working from the same company statement. Ravindra Ashtekar, Head of Network Development at CASE Construction Equipment, said NCR demand is “shaped by ongoing infrastructure development and a diverse range of customer requirements”, and that the new premises bring parts storage, workshop capacity and a display area together. The company gave no investment figure, no staff count and no list of the four models on show.
Does a bigger parts store change anything for a CASE owner in NCR?
For most owners it does, and the floor area undersells the change. The 2018 Faridabad showroom was a little over 5,000 sq ft, so the building has grown by roughly a fifth while the parts store has doubled. Most of the extra room went to shelving, not to the showroom. More filters, hoses, seals and wear parts held locally should mean fewer jobs waiting on a part shipped in from elsewhere.
By the company’s own account, CASE leads India’s vibratory compactor segment and is a leading player in backhoe loaders. Those are the machines on NCR’s district road, colony and utility jobs, and both run long hours on short contracts. A backhoe standing for a week while its owner waits on a hydraulic pump loses hire income that does not come back. A 10 to 12 bay workshop also lets a major engine or transmission job be done in Faridabad rather than on a site.
The timing helps. CAQM has halted dust-generating construction across NCR, highways, roads and flyovers included, from 5 to 20 November. Road-job compactors and backhoes in Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad face up to 16 idle days. That is the cheapest window of the year for a scheduled service or a hydraulic overhaul, because the machine is not earning anyway. Book early: a 12-machine workshop fills quickly once the curb lifts and every contractor wants plant back on site the same week.
A company-run facility usually prices parts and labour near list rates, so this looks more like an uptime gain than a cheaper-repair story. For anyone pricing a new backhoe or roller for NCR work, a brand’s own parts counter close to the job is worth weighing next to the sticker price, since it shortens breakdowns and tends to support resale.
Dates to note
- 4 November 2026: CASE announces the Faridabad premises.
- 5 to 20 November 2026: CAQM curb on dust-generating construction across NCR, roads included. This is the natural service window for idle road machines.
- From 21 November, unless CAQM extends the curb: expect workshop queues as fleets return to sites.
FAQ
Where is the new CASE facility?
In Faridabad, Haryana, inside the National Capital Region. The company says it serves customers across the northern region. The reports did not give a street address, so check with your CASE dealer before you visit.
What does the facility include?
6,000 sq ft, double the previous parts storage, a workshop for 10 to 12 machines and a display of four CASE models. All of these figures are company-stated.
Can I get a machine serviced during the NCR construction curb?
The CAQM order, as reported, covers construction and demolition work, not workshops. Servicing an idle machine at a workshop should fall outside it, but confirm the booking and any transport rules with the dealer first.
Pricing a backhoe loader or compactor for NCR work? Compare models side by side, then check equipment finance options before you sit down with the dealer.
