The portal lists the work as provision of OTM accommodation of a field hospital at Saugor military station, under reference CEBZ/SAG/TOKEN/01 OF 2026-27. The Chief Engineer, Southern Command and Bhopal Zone, is the inviting authority. OTM is the services’ term for other than married accommodation, so these are living blocks for the unit rather than family quarters.
Two and a half years for a ₹29.55 crore build is a comfortable programme, and Sagar is accessible road and rail, which keeps material logistics ordinary. The constraint is the cantonment itself: entry passes, fixed hours and limits on where you can store and stage material.
