This is a Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) on six stretches of NH-707A: km 52.350 to 61.750, 70.750 to 72.900, 79.350 to 83.000, 134.000 to 154.000, 154.000 to 160.000 and 161.500 to 175.000. Under PBMC the contractor is paid for keeping the road at set service levels, so potholes, drains, slips and signage all become your problem for the full 1,825 days.
The estimate is ₹59,92,00,000 on an item rate basis. EMD is ₹1,19,85,000 with no exemption and the fee is ₹11,800. The notice, reference 3084/13Yata-NH-10/2026, went up on 1 October, but online submission opens only at 3:00 PM on 17 October. Bids are opened by the Superintending Engineer (NH), PWD Dehradun at 3:00 PM on 4 November.
