Construction and Design Services, the works arm of UP Jal Nigam, is inviting bids through its Allahabad unit under the General Manager at Lucknow. The portal titles the work a High Standard 500 Seated Working Womens Hostel, ground plus nine floors, at Nasirpur Silana, Sadar, Prayagraj, reference 1702 / AC-11 / 104 Date 31.10.2026.

The work description field on the portal says only “As Per Bid Document”, so the room mix, the finishing standard and the services scope all sit inside the document rather than in the notice.
