Provincial Division Faizabad has put two Ayodhya district roads out for widening to two lanes on the same day with the same deadline, and both Ayodhya road widening tenders close at 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026.
Two roads, consecutive reference numbers
The larger package, tender ID 2026_CEUFZ_1199193_1 at ₹72.65 crore, widens and strengthens the Masodha Suchittaganj road from the canal bridge at Munsi ka Purwa to the Satti Chaura police point on NH-27, from chainage 16.100 to 36.530, to a two lane configuration. The portal gives it 450 days under reference 6401/02kamayoambecircle/2026 dt. 09.10.2026.
The second, tender ID 2026_CEUFZ_1199205_1 at ₹26 crore, widens and strengthens the Chaure Haidarganj other district road to two lanes in the same district, with 360 days, under reference 6402. The references are consecutive and both come from the Ayodhya and Ambedkar Nagar Circle of UP PWD through Provincial Division Faizabad, which is why they are covered together here. They remain two separate tenders and each needs its own bid.
Six days, two bids, two deposits
Both went up on 21 October 2026 and close at noon on 30 October 2026, opening half an hour later the same day. EMD is ₹72,65,000 on the Masodha Suchittaganj road and ₹39,00,000 on Chaure Haidarganj, and the fee is ₹2,714 for each. A contractor who wins both runs them from one camp in Ayodhya, which is the obvious play, but the deposits have to be arranged separately and quickly.
ODR widening is bread and butter work: cut the shoulder, build up the new width, overlay the whole carriageway. Excavators and tippers handle the widening cut and the fill, a motor grader and compactors build granular layers, and backhoe loaders deal with the drains, culverts and approaches that take up more time than the running kilometres do.
Traffic stays on the road throughout, and both alignments pass through villages, so expect short working stretches and plan the machine moves accordingly. Owners around Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar and Sultanpur are inside economic hire distance of both sites.
