Bhind Jabalpur Road Tenders: Two MP PWD Jobs Closing the Same Evening (Rs 77.29 Cr)

Madhya Pradesh PWD has two road contracts worth ₹77.29 crore together closing on the same evening, one in Bhind and one in Jabalpur, and this Bhind Jabalpur road tender pair closes on 21 October 2026.

An 18.3 km rural road and a 9 km four lane

The Bhind job is construction of the Umari to Sagra to Nayagaon to Tehengur road under Sub Division No. 1 Bhind, 18.30 km including pole shifting, worth ₹40,14,18,000 with 851 days. The Jabalpur job is upgradation of the Jabalpur to Purena road to four lanes over 9.00 km including electrification work, under Sub Division No. 1 Jabalpur, worth ₹37,14,58,000 with 540 days.

They sit in different zones, Gwalior North for Bhind and Jabalpur Central, so they are separate contracts with separate references. What makes them worth reading together is the deadline and the terms, which are near identical.

Same percentage contract, same fee, 0.5 per cent EMD

Both are percentage contracts with a ₹50,000 tender fee, and both carry an EMD of about 0.5 per cent: ₹20,07,090 for Bhind and ₹18,57,300 for Jabalpur. A half per cent deposit is low by national standards and is one reason MP PWD work draws a wide field of local bidders.

Both scopes include the electrical pole shifting that so often stalls a road job in Madhya Pradesh, which is better than having it left out and argued about later. Two very different fleets

The Bhind road is a long rural build: excavators and tippers on earthwork, a motor grader and compactors through the granular layers, and a paver for the bituminous surface, spread over 851 days. The Jabalpur four laning is city work in half the distance and two thirds the time, so it leans on backhoe loaders for utilities and drains and on transit mixers for kerbs, medians and footpaths. 3. Register on the portal and keep a valid Class III digital signature certificate ready.
4. Download the NIT and BOQ for each road separately, check the pole shifting and electrification items, then confirm eligibility, the EMD for that contract and the ₹50,000 fee.
5. Submit your bid online before 21 October 2026, 6:00 PM for Bhind and 5:30 PM for Jabalpur.
