Three stretches plus a rebuild
The notice covers strengthening of the main Burari road from the outer ring road to Labour Chowk on the left hand side only, Labour Chowk to Baba Colony on both sides and Nathupura to Hirnki on both sides, together with redevelopment of the road with concrete pavement from Baba Colony to Amrit Vihar where the Delhi Jal Board cut it during sewer work. The east maintenance zone under CE/SE/M4-M41 is the inviting authority, reference 18/NIT/CE(EAST)M/PWD/2026-27, on a percentage rate contract with 180 days.
Restoring a road cut for sewer laying is a different job from strengthening one. The trench backfill has to be proved before you put concrete over it, or the same pavement fails again in a year.
