Damana Accommodation Tender: MES Builds OTM Accommodation for an Infantry Battalion (Rs 40.35 Cr)

Phase I of a two phase build

The contract covers provision of OTM accommodation for an infantry battalion, phase I of two phases, at Carnatic Lines in Military Station Damana under Garrison Engineer Jammu. The reference is CA No CEPZ-11/2026-27, issued under the Chief Engineer, Western Command and Pathankot Zone.

OTM accommodation is barrack type housing for troops who are not entitled to married quarters, and a battalion build means several blocks together with their services: water, sewerage, roads, boundary works and power distribution inside the plot. The portal gives 900 days on a lump-sum contract, so the price you quote has to carry two and a half years of material movement.
