The work is a composite contract for an office building of two basements, ground and 12 storeys with an RCC framed structure. Composite means the civil shell comes with water supply, sanitary installation and internal services in one contract. The notice is NIT No.03/EE/CD-15/2026-27 from the Executive Engineer (CD-15), DSIIDC.
It is a percentage rate contract with 730 days to finish. A pre-bid meeting was held on 21 September at DSIIDC’s Connaught Place office.

EMD is ₹1,22,07,656 with no exemption, and there is no tender fee. Bids open half an hour after closing, at 3:30 PM on 9 October 2026.
A double basement means a deep cut on a city plot. Excavators and tippers move the earth, usually at night because of truck entry timings, and a piling or shoring rig holds the sides. After that the site runs on a tower crane, transit mixers and a boom pump for two years. A backhoe loader stays on site for backfilling and services trenches.
