The title needs reading carefully, as it did on the sibling packages. The notice is worded as a detailed project report for a GIS based storm water master drainage plan, phase one. That wording suggests a planning study. The commercials do not: product category is Civil Works, the form of contract is item rate, the document set carries a priced BOQ, and the estimate is ₹197.90 crore. No drainage study is tendered on an item rate BOQ at that value. Read it as drainage construction carrying the programme’s name, and settle the exact split between plan preparation and execution from the NIT before you price. That is the one question worth answering before anything else on this tender.

A regional field, not a national one

The bid history on this circle points to Udham Singh Nagar contractors rather than large outside firms.
