Madhya Pradesh PWD has put three road packages totalling 89.2 km in Morena district out together at Rs 207.35 crore, and all three Morena road tenders close at 5:30 PM on 2 November 2026.
Three roads, one division, one deadline
The Morena executive engineer under the Gwalior north zone has issued notices 19/2026-27/Morena/01, 02 and 03 on the same day. The first is the Dimani Nahar road from NH-44 at Sikroda to Jakhona Devhansh Ruar ki Puliya, 46.00 km, at Rs 1,04,34,26,000 over 1,095 days. The second is Nagra to Surjanpur and Mirghan to Barahet, 27.70 km of two lane road, at Rs 65,05,29,000 over 850 days. The third is Badagaon to Sihoniya, 15.50 km, at Rs 37,95,58,000 over 730 days.
All three include pole shifting, which means the utility work is in your scope and your programme has to allow for the electricity board. Each is a percentage rate contract with a Rs 50,000 fee.
Why bidding more than one makes sense here
Deposits are modest for the size: Rs 50,00,000, Rs 32,52,645 and Rs 18,97,790. The three alignments sit in the same stretch of the Chambal belt, so one camp, one crusher tie-up and one set of supervisors can serve all of them. A contractor who takes two packages gets most of the mobilisation cost back.
Spread over three alignments, this is a volume job rather than a technical one. You want enough excavators and tippers to keep earthwork ahead of the pavement train, then a motor grader and compactors moving through base and sub base.
