The stretch of NH-32 from Guduvancherry to Mahindra City on Chennai’s southern edge is going for major maintenance, and the NH-32 Guduvancherry tender closes at 5:00 PM on 29 October 2026.

The scope is major maintenance through strengthening and overlay of the existing highway from km 38.000 at Guduvancherry to km 51.300 at Mahindra City, on the Tambaram to Tindivanam section of NH 32, the old NH 45. That is 13.3 km through one of the busiest industrial and residential corridors in Tamil Nadu, where the highway doubles as a commuter route.
