Nuabazar Port Staff Quarters Tender: Balance Work on 91 Quarters, Odisha (Rs 59.08 Cr)

Indian Port Rail Corporation has put the unfinished first phase of a port staff colony at Nuabazar in Odisha back on the market at ₹59.08 crore, and the Nuabazar port staff quarters tender closes at 11:00 AM on 9 November 2026.

A housing job that someone else started

The full scheme is 350 quarters for port employees, with land kept aside for the port to grow into the Nuabazar area. This contract covers only the balance work on the first phase of 91 quarters, re-tendered at the risk and cost of the earlier contractor. The tender was issued by IPRCL’s Bhubaneswar office under reference IPRCL/BBS/T/PPA/SQ/261.

Risk and cost jobs come with half-built structures, so price the survey of what is already standing. The pre-bid meeting in Bhubaneswar on 23 October is the place to ask how the old work will be measured and handed over.
