The Chief Executive Officer, THCB, has put out an item rate contract for the construction of a convention centre at Agartala for the Government of Tripura, reference 14/EPC-10/THCB/PD-II/2026-27. The portal puts the value at ₹3,51,00,00,000 and the work period at 920 days, which is two and a half years of continuous site work in one place.

The notice went up on the evening of 16 October 2026 and bids close a month later. That is a short window for a job this size, so anyone serious should pull the drawings and the bill of quantities in the first week rather than the last.
