SANY India introduced 39 brand new generation machines at EXCON 2025 held at BIEC, Bengaluru. Their product line included excavators, mining machines, material handling machines, foundation machines, road construction equipment, and electric forklifts. The complete range of machinery has been designed with SANY’s vision to provide high-performance, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions to meet the growth of the construction and mining industries across the country.

In the excavator range, SANY India has displayed a large variety of different excavator models, including the SY33C PRO, SY38U PRO, SY150C PRO, SY220C-9 XL SPARC+, and the SY390C-10 HD GraMa+. SANY has also released a pair of electric excavators to focus on cleaner technology. The SY215EP employs a 150 kW permanent magnet motor, and the SY375EP, in the 38-ton class, provides 200 kW and 1140 Nm torque. Both of these models will deliver operating costs that are three times lower than their equivalent diesel-powered counterparts.

In the field of material handling, the company launched the first 3-ton and 5-ton outdoor electric forklifts that are built with lithium-ion batteries and employ IP67 rating protection and liquid-cooling systems. They are useful in the most demanding ports, steel mills, industrial yards, and logistics centres that require reliable, continuous operation.

The SR235 MIII showcased in the event is a multifunctional drilling rig that represents the Sany foundation equipment range with the ability for rotary piling, CFA piling, and foresighted assignment, all performed on one platform. Sany also presented its future electric heavy-duty trucks. These are estimated to have up to a 70% lower operating cost and give cleaner, quieter, more effective industrial transportation, particularly for long-haul segment operations.

In the mining sector, Sany presented high-output equipment, such as the SY680EP electric excavator with 65 tons of electric power and the SW956E electric loader. These are equipped with extended uptimes, less energy consumption, and high productivity for the years ahead.

The hoisting equipment category included the SRC400CR BS-V Rough Terrain Crane, which is used in industrial lifting and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects. Sany’s road machinery equipment offerings comprised an 11-ton single drum roller, a 9-ton double drum roller, and a 9-tyre pneumatic roller, all designed for improved compaction, improved stability, and an increased level of durability.

Sany India is positioned to be a complete equipment provider for Road Builders, Miners, Logistics Providers, Infrastructure Developers, and the Industrial Contracting Industry. The EXCON 2025 presentation continues to solidify the company’s commitment to engineering innovation, environmentally responsible products and practices, and sustainable development.
