This is the north-bank corridor from Baihata Chariali at chainage 0.000 through to Tezpur at chainage 150.971, taken up on BOT Toll mode. The Mangaldoi bypass stretch from chainage 28.500 to 42.590 is carved out of the scope, so the winning concessionaire builds roughly 137 km of the 151 km alignment and ties into the bypass at both ends.

The estimate is disclosed at ₹7,642.20 crore and the EMD is ₹76,42,00,000, which lands at exactly 1.00 per cent of the estimate. Tender fee is ₹9,08,600.
