Rajasthan PHED has opened a ₹232.30 crore Bharatpur water supply tender, Package 3 of the Chambal Dholpur Bharatpur retrofitting work under Jal Jeevan Mission, closing 17 September 2026.

What Package 3 covers

This package retrofits the existing Chambal Dholpur Bharatpur scheme to deliver functional household tap connections in villages across five blocks: Roopbas, Uchhain, Bharatpur, Sewar and Kumher. Overhead reservoirs for those villages sit inside the same scope. The notice carries a one year defect liability period followed by ten years of operation and maintenance, so whoever wins stays with the asset well past commissioning.

Retrofitting is different work from a greenfield scheme.
