The second, reference C-BPL-GOODS-ITKL-GCT-1, closes 8 September 2026 and widens the wording of the scope from construction, development and maintenance to construction, development, operation and maintenance. Both carry the same estimated value and the same earnest money of Rs 15,42,15,500, and both are listed as live on the portal.
