Benad Road Drainage Tender: JDA Zone B2 Storm Drains at Jaipur (Rs 56.09 Cr)

Jaipur Development Authority is draining the northern edge of the city, and the ₹56.09 crore Benad road drainage tender closes at 6:00 PM on 30 November 2026.

Four localities on one contract

The work covers drainage for Benad road, Murlipura, the Jhotwara industrial area, Niwaru Road and the adjoining area in zone B2 of the Jaipur Development Authority. Director Engineering II is the inviting authority through SE 03 and Executive Engineer 02, reference JDA EE B2 2026-27 NIB 13. The published value is ₹56,08,93,000 on a percentage rate contract with 365 days.

This belt north west of Jaipur grew faster than its drainage. Jhotwara industrial area and the colonies along Benad and Niwaru roads flood in a heavy spell because the natural lines were built over, so the job is retrofitting a drainage network into roads that already carry traffic, water lines and cables.

Terms, and why the year matters

EMD is ₹1,12,17,860, about 2 per cent, with exemption allowed, and the fee is ₹5,000. Bids open at 3:00 PM on 4 December. The period is 365 days, and in a retrofit job of this kind the programme is usually set by how many road reaches the traffic police will let you close at once rather than by your own output.
