NH-43 Shahdol Tender: 8.8 km of Two Lane with Paved Shoulders, Madhya Pradesh (Rs 46.05 Cr)

MoRTH is upgrading 8.8 km of the Katni to Shahdol road through Shahdol city to two lanes with paved shoulders, and the NH-43 Shahdol tender closes at 5:30 PM on 25 November 2026.

The city portion, 182 days

The work covers the Shahdol city portion from existing km 132/500, design km 0/00, to km 141/300, design km 8.80, on the Katni to Shahdol section of NH-43 in Madhya Pradesh. A one time improvement on a city portion usually means the full package: pavement, drains, junction improvement and footpaths where the highway doubles as a main road.

NH Division Bhopal is executing it for Regional Office Bhopal, reference 01/SAC/Tender/Rewa/2026-27, with 182 days allowed.

Six months is the real constraint

The estimate is ₹46,05,00,000 with an EMD of ₹46,05,000, exactly 1 per cent, and a fee of ₹11,800. Bids open at 12:30 PM on 27 November. Six months for 8.8 km of city work is not much once you allow for utility shifting and the monsoon, so the programme has to be built around the dry months.
