Rowghat-Jagdalpur New Railway Line Tender, Chhattisgarh (Package 1)

South East Central Railway has invited EPC bids worth Rs 455.02 crore for Package 1 of the Rowghat to Jagdalpur new railway line in Chhattisgarh, covering roughly 30 km from Kurkanar to Bhanpuri, with bids closing 27 November 2026.

Package 1 of a 140 km line

The full Rowghat to Jagdalpur line runs 140 km and forms part of the larger Dallirajhara to Rowghat to Jagdalpur project. This package takes the stretch from chainage 12+700 to 42+600, running from Kurkanar (station excluded) to Bhanpuri, with Bhanpuri station included in the scope.

The tender document set gives away how much structure is in the alignment. Fifty one minor structures have their own design report, and the drawing pack lists bridges numbered into the fifties, a mix of minor bridges, major bridges, road under bridges and level crossings.
