NH-30 Underpass Tender: Six-Lane VUPs at Tilhar and Ucholiya, Uttar Pradesh (Rs 81.01 Cr)

Two accident blackspots on the Bareilly to Sitapur highway are being fixed with six-lane vehicular underpasses, and the ₹81.01 crore NH-30 underpass tender for them closes at 11:00 AM on 28 October 2026.

Two blackspots, one EPC contract

The underpasses are at km 306.930 on the Tilhar bypass and at km 347.595 at Ucholiya, both on the Bareilly to Sitapur section of NH-30, the old NH-24. The road ministry has listed both spots as blackspots, and the tender is for their permanent rectification. NHAI’s regional office for west Uttar Pradesh is the inviting authority.

The sites are about 40 km apart, which matters for planning. You will run two separate camps or move one crew between them.

Bid terms

The estimate is ₹81,01,00,000 and the contract is EPC with 540 days. EMD is ₹81,01,000, exactly 1 per cent, with no exemption. The fee is ₹10,000, and bids open at 11:30 AM on 29 October.

What an underpass site uses

A vehicular underpass on a working highway means raising the main carriageway on reinforced earth walls and building a box or bridge for the cross road. Transit mixers supply the structure, and a motor grader shapes the diversion roads that carry highway traffic while the main line is closed.
