The scope is houses plus everything that makes a housing colony work, tendered together as one contract on a percentage rate basis. The site sits on Khasra number 482 part, on the Nemawar Road side of the city.
What gets built at Badiya Keema
Affordable Housing in Partnership is the PMAY stream where the municipal body supplies the land and a contractor builds the units. The infrastructure half of the scope is what makes the difference to the fleet you need: internal roads, water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage and electrical works all have to go in alongside the buildings.

Plant on an affordable housing site
The early phase is excavation and site development. Once the structures rise, concrete becomes the main flow, so batching capacity, transit mixers and placement equipment set the pace of work. Tower cranes or mobile cranes handle material lifting depending on how many floors the blocks carry. The internal roads at the end bring back compactors and a small paving spread. It is a long, even workload rather than a short heavy one, which is exactly the profile that suits an owner hiring machines out by the month.
A second site on Khandwa Road
The same August series carries a sister tender at Umrikheda on Khandwa Road (NIT 15/PMAY/2026-27, tender ID 2026_UAD_530753_1), valued at ₹141.29 crore with an EMD of ₹70,64,150 and a ₹50,000 fee. It closes and opens on the same dates as Badiya Keema, and it is a separate bid. The July series for Sindoda, Rangwas and Sanawadiya has been extended to the same deadline.
