    Genuine parts through the authorised dealer of your brand

    Every request for a backhoe loader part goes to an authorised dealer of that machine's brand, or to the brand's own office where it sells direct. Tap a brand to see its machines and dealers.

    How to ask for the right part the first time

    1. Your machine model and year. Both are on the machine’s plate.
    2. The serial number from the same plate. The dealer looks up the exact part with it.
    3. A photo of the old part, and the part number if one is stamped on it.
    4. How many you need, and your district.

    With these the dealer can usually answer in one go. Without them it can take several calls.

    Why we send you to the authorised dealer

    The dealer of your machine’s brand can find the exact part from your serial number, and genuine parts keep the warranty in order on a machine that is still under it. That is why every request on this page goes to an authorised dealer of your brand, or to the brand’s own office where it sells direct.

    The dealer gives you the price, the stock position and the warranty. We do not print part prices, because they depend on the part, the brand and the dealer’s stock.

    Service kits by hour mark

    Most parts requests are routine: filters and oil at the next service. These are the usual points on the hour meter.

    Every dayLevels of engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil; leaks; water drained from the fuel filter; grease points; tyres.
    250 hoursEngine oil and engine oil filter. Air and fuel filters checked, all grease points done.
    500 hoursThe 250-hour work plus fuel filters, the hydraulic return filter and a new air filter element.
    1,000 hoursAxle and transmission oils on a wheeled machine like a backhoe loader; hydraulic oil tested.
    2,000 hoursHydraulic oil and suction strainer, coolant change, valve clearance.

    Where can I get genuine JCB spare parts?

    Does Desi Machines sell spare parts?

    No. We pass your request to the authorised dealer of your machine's brand near you, and the dealer quotes and supplies the part. The service is free for buyers.

    What details do I need to give?

    Your machine model and year, and if you can, the serial number from the machine's plate and a photo of the old part. Those let the dealer find the exact part the first time.

    How soon will I get the part?

    We reply on WhatsApp to confirm who has your request. When the part reaches you depends on the dealer's stock, and the dealer will tell you when they quote.

    Can I ask for a service kit for the next service?

    Yes. Tell us your model and the hour meter reading, and ask for the 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000-hour kit. The dealer packs the filters and oil your machine's manual lists.
