Five water supply schemes worth ₹243.58 crore are out from Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam’s Garhwal zone, led by the ₹95.19 crore Selaqui water supply tender, and every one of them closes at 5:00 PM on 30 October 2026.
Dehradun: Selaqui and Rani Pokhari
The Dehradun construction circle has three of the five. Selaqui, in Sahaspur block, is the biggest at ₹95,19,00,000 with 670 days to finish. In Doiwala block there are two Rani Pokhari schemes: Rani Pokhari Grant at ₹29,90,41,000 and Rani Pokhari Mauja at ₹19,42,22,000, each with 485 days. All three sit under the World Bank funded Uttarakhand efficient Water Supply Programme and open in Dehradun.
Smaller contractors who cannot qualify for Selaqui may find the two Rani Pokhari jobs a better fit, and they are close enough to run from one yard.
Near Roorkee: Padli Gujar and Rampur
The other two are issued through the EE PIU (AMRUT) at Roorkee under the Haridwar construction circle, both under one reference, 1488/NIVIDA/175. Padli Gujar is worth ₹49,56,39,782 and Rampur ₹49,50,29,308, with 540 days each, and their bids open at the Haridwar circle office.
All five are item rate contracts with a ₹5,900 fee and no EMD exemption. EMD runs from 1.3 to 2.0 per cent of value. Fleet for rural and town water schemes
Schemes like these mix intake or tube well works, rising mains, tanks and village distribution lines. Excavators and backhoe loaders carry the trenching, compactors finish backfill, and concrete mixers feed tanks and chambers. A crane helps with pumps and heavier pipe. Owners based in Dehradun, Doiwala, Roorkee and Haridwar can bid as sub-contractors for the trench and earthwork share even if they do not take on a whole package.
