Pichola Fatehsagar Sewerage Tender: Lake Periphery Network and 10-Year O&M, Udaipur (Rs 35.57 Cr)

Udaipur wants the sewer network around Lake Pichola and Fatehsagar extended and then run for ten years, and the ₹35.57 crore Pichola Fatehsagar sewerage tender closes at 6:00 PM on 13 November 2026.

Scope of the work

The job, issued by UIT Udaipur through its Executive Engineer II, has two parts. The first is augmentation of the existing sewerage network in the periphery area of Pichola and Fatehsagar lakes, with 365 days to build. The second is operation and maintenance for ten years of both the augmented network and the existing network around the lakes.

The estimate is ₹35,57,00,000 on a percentage rate contract under reference NIT_52_01. EMD is ₹71,14,000, which is 2 per cent, and exemption is allowed. The fee is ₹5,900.
