Indore PMAY Housing Tender: Affordable Homes at Nemawar Road

Indore Municipal Corporation has invited bids worth ₹240.77 crore to build houses and site infrastructure for affordable housing under PMAY 2.0 at Badiya Keema village on Nemawar Road, and bidding closes on 23 September 2026.

The scope is houses plus everything that makes a housing colony work, tendered together as one contract on a percentage rate basis. The site sits on Khasra number 482 part, on the Nemawar Road side of the city.

Affordable Housing in Partnership is the PMAY stream where the municipal body supplies the land and a contractor builds the units.
