Madhya Pradesh PWD has put four district roads in the Malwa belt out to bid under one notice, worth ₹255.52 crore together, and the Mandsaur Neemuch road tenders close at 5:30 PM on 4 November 2026.
The four roads, one notice
All four were issued on 12 October by the Chief Engineer, Ujjain Zone, under NIT 13/GN/CE dated 09-10-2026. Each is a separate tender with its own id, so you can bid one or all of them. The largest is the 44.90 km Poladungar-Chikniya-Kurlasi-Chukni-Dudhakhedi-Tungni-Bhanpura road in Mandsaur division at ₹87.71 crore. Next is the 21.50 km Khatunga-Dhardi-Makhanganj road in Neemuch at ₹74.49 crore.
The other two are the 29 km upgradation and widening of the Kalapipal-Khamlay-Amlay road in Shajapur division at ₹61.36 crore, with electric pole shifting, and the 19.75 km Rakoda-Riyawan-Maukhedi-Kalukheda road in Ratlam division at ₹31.96 crore. Deposits, fee and timing
EMDs are ₹43,85,580 (Mandsaur), ₹37,24,555 (Neemuch), ₹30,67,970 (Shajapur) and ₹15,97,995 (Ratlam), each close to half a per cent of its value, with no exemption. The fee is ₹50,000 per tender. All four are percentage rate contracts with 720 days to complete, and bids open at 10:00 AM on 6 November 2026 at the Chief Engineer office, Dashara Maidan, Ujjain.
These are long rural roads, so the work is earth, granular layers and bituminous surfacing over many kilometres. You will need excavators and tippers for borrow earth, motor graders and vibratory rollers for the layers, and a hot mix plant with a paver. Backhoe loaders handle culverts and side drains.
