Three truck platforms carry the ready-mix transit mixers here: Tata Motors builds them on the LPK, the Prima and the Signa. DesiMachines lists three: the LPK 2821.K FE+ RMC, the Prima 2830.K REPTO RMC and the Signa 2830.K 8 cum REPTO RMC. REPTO means the drum is driven by a rear engine power take-off, so there is no separate donkey engine to fuel and service; the FE+ badge on the LPK marks the fuel-efficiency package. The 8 cum in the Signa name is the drum capacity — eight cubic metres of concrete per trip, the size most city RMC plants run.
What to check before you buy: the gross vehicle weight and axle count against the roads your plant actually serves, whether the quotation includes the drum builder's warranty as well as Tata's, and the service interval of the drum drive, because the truck and the mixer are serviced on different schedules even though they arrive as one vehicle.
