The operator canopy is smartly designed to increase the operator’s productivity. The adjustable seat improves comfort, and easier joystick controls and smartly placed pedal positions enable convenient operation.

The new 5” LCD display improves operator convenience. It displays key information like fuel level, hour meter, engine oil pressure, battery, engine rpm, engine coolant temperature and warning indicators. The maintenance management feature helps in better upkeep of the machine. Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) help in faster troubleshooting.

The canopy has centralized switches & controls for easy access. This helps in improved operator convenience and higher productivity.

All pedals are foldable for additional floor space. Footrest, attachment pedal, left and right travel pedals and boom swing pedal are arranged for convenient access.

Low-stress, high-strength steel is integrally welded to form a stronger, more durable upper and lower frame. Structural Integrity was tested by Finite Element Analysis.

Made with high tensile strength steel and with advanced welding techniques, the boom & arm are reinforced with steel bearings to maximize impact strength & longevity.

The machine comes with heavy guards installed on Boom, Arm, & Bucket cylinders for increased protection from external hits. This helps reduce the risk of downtime & repair expenses.

Anti Theft System: The machine comes with a password-protected ignition to prevent unauthorized machine operation. This feature can be enabled always or at intervals or can be disabled by ESL mode setting in the cluster.

The machine comes with an additional bolt-on-counterweight for enhanced stability when working in rough terrain and heavy load lifting.

Safety Lever & Emergency Stop feature acts as a lock against any unintended machine movements. When locked, it prevents the hydraulic functions of the machine, thus adding an extra layer of safety. The emergency engine stop switch is below the operator seat for emergencies.

Master Switch: Disconnects battery with machine’s complete electrical system. This improves machine's electrical parts & wiring, especially when the machine is idle or under maintenance.

The rear & side cowls, fully open type, provide easy access to the maintenance check points and major aggregates. All daily checks & filters are easily accessible from ground level for higher convenience.

HX30AZ comes with a separate side maintenance window in the upper frame just below the operator seat to have easy access to the Control Valve for easy serviceability.

HX30Az comes with a 2-piece Dozer hose. This improves convenience with easy replacement of individual hoses in case of damage.
