The heavy duty, Turbo charged Kirloskar 4R1040T engine develops a gross power of 105 HP @ 2,200 rpm and offers low operating cost, low fuel consumption and extended scheduled maintenance interval of 500 hours.

One touch deceleration lowers the engine RPM when selected and saves fuel by regulating engine RPM. Auto Idle function moderates engine RPM to idle state when machine remains idle for 4 sec, which reduces fuel consumption and operation cost.

Regeneration hydraulics feature helps to recirculate hydraulic energy from return line to pump supply line for smooth and fast arm operation. It prevents cavitation and enhances machine performance. The auto-piloted swing priority increases hydraulic oil flow to swing circuit in combined operation, which leads to faster swing cycle for more productivity & profitability.

Power Boost System feature helps to meet extreme power requirement when working with peak loads. Operator can activate Power Boost feature, for 8 seconds, to boost digging forces for meeting the work requirement beyond implied limits.

The Variable Displacement Axial Piston type pump with electro hydraulic control function provides a wide range of flow at various workloads, thus ensures best productivity. The open center design of the main control valve provides fast synchronization between joystick and hydraulic components. Thus increasing speed and smoothness of operations.

The Advanced ‘Computer Aided Power Optimization’ system tunes engine and pump power to optimum level & provides multiple modes for various workloads, balancing performance & fuel efficiency. The Cluster Machine Control Unit (CMCU) 7” screen automatically displays machine malfunctions and makes it very easy to check machine health and troubleshoot problems.

The spacious cabin houses a multi adjustment operator seat including seat height movement. Ergonomically designed consoles and soft joystick control ensures increased productivity and higher operator efficiency. New improved Air Conditioner box for better air flow and cooling comfort. New mobile holder & charging socket for operator convenience.

Size of radiator core is increased for a better cooling efficiency. The air flow for radiator is further improved with increased vents on new designed side cowls and perforated under covers below engine assembly.

Made with high tensile strength steel, the boom & arm are reinforced with steel bearings and internal baffle plates to maximize impact strength. Additional reinforcement bars provided on arm.

Bucket control link is casted in one-piece design. The bucket linkages are reinforced to ensure high durability and high digging forces. It adds great strength to the component and helps to carry heavy loads without failure.

The machine comes with longest undercarriage in its class for enhanced stability. A heavy-duty track shoe further improves the stability and durability on harsh terrains. Side Member reinforcement protects the idler area from any damage in tough terrains.

The reinforced box- section frame is welded using low –stress, high-strength steel. The X- leg type center frame is integrally welded for maximum strength and durability. The new 600mm wide HD track shoe enhances machine stability.

Auto Engine Overheat Prevention feature monitors coolant temperature and automatically lowers engine speed if it overheats, preventing its premature failure. Another feature of auto engine warming up, helps maintaining minimum temperature in extreme cold weather locations.

Anti-slip pads provides a great floor grip to the operator and prevent skidding while working on the machine. Handrails provide additional support and safety to the operator while entering or exiting the cabin.

Anti-restart feature safeguards the engine starter from restarting, if the operator accidently turns on the start key during engine operation. Master switch disconnects battery power from complete machine electrical system, enhancing machine safety.

Tank cover keeps the hydraulic & fuel tank safe from getting hit by any external object. Breather guard protects hydraulic tank breather. Belly guard protects the lower X-frame & its internal components while travelling.
