The operator cabin is smartly designed to increase operator’s productivity. The adjustable seat improve comfort and easier joystick controls and smartly placed pedal positions enable convenient operation. It comes with an option to choose from AC Cabin or Canopy.

New 5” LCD display improves operator convenience. It displays key information like fuel level, hour meter, engine oil pressure, battery, engine rpm, engine coolant temperature and warning indicators. Maintenance management feature helps in better upkeep of machine. Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) helps in faster troubleshooting.

The cabin has centralized switches & controls for easy access. This helps in improved operator convenience and higher productivity.

All pedals are foldable for additional floor space. Footrest, attachment pedal, left and right travel pedals and boom swing pedal are arranged for convenient access.

Low stress, high strength steel is integrally welded to form a stronger, more durable upper and lower frame. Structural Integrity tested by Finite Element Analysis.

Made with high tensile strength steel and with advanced welding techniques, the boom & arm are reinforced with steel bearings to maximize impact strength & longevity.

The machine comes with heavy guards installed on Boom, Arm & Bucket cylinders for increased protection from external hit. This helps reduce the risk of downtime & repair expenses.

The Cabin & Canopy of HX35Az meets ROPS standard under ISO certification. Integrally welded low-stress & high strength steel and tested by FEM analysis and long-term durability tests.

The machine comes with a password protected ignition, to prevent unauthorized machine operation. This feature can be enabled always, at intervals or can be disabled by ESL mode setting in the cluster.

The machine comes with an additional bolted counterweight for enhanced stability when working in rough terrain and heavy load lifting.

Safety Lever & Emergency Stop feature acts as a lock against any unintended machine movements. When locked, it prevents hydraulic functions of the machine, thus adding an extra layer of safety. Emergency engine stop switch below operator seat, for emergency situations.

Disconnects battery with machine’s complete electrical system. Master Switch improves machine electrical parts & wiring safety, especially when machine is idle or under maintenance.

The cowl is fully open type giving easy access to Engine & MCV. All daily checks & filters at ground level for easy checks & maintenance.

The new HX35Az has TILT Cabin as standard feature for easy access to components like Swing Motor. This improves serviceability and reduces down time.

Dozer of HX35Az is designed with 2-piece type hydraulic hose. This improves convenience with easy replacement of individual hoses, in case of damage.

The hydraulic & engine service intervals are longest in the industry. Engine service at 400 Hours, hydraulic filter @ 1000 hours and hydraulic oil @ 5000 Hours. Longer service intervals -> less downtime and lower maintenance cost.
