The Schwing Stetter SP 1015 HD is a 56 m³/hr stationary concrete pump designed for high-rise construction, column work, and long-reach concrete placing projects. The 66 HP engine drives a 1,000 mm stroke cylinder (200 mm diameter) with Schwing’s RL Rock valve. This concrete pump switches between high-flow mode at 56 m³/hr and high-pressure mode at 85 bar from the same machine without modification. Maximum theoretical output is 56 m³/hr (rod) and 37 m³/hr (piston). Maximum concrete pressure is 54 bar (rod) and 85 bar (piston). The SP 1015 HD weighs just 3,400 kg, making it one of the most compact dual-mode pumps available for high-rise and long-reach applications.
